Customer Intelligence Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Intelligence Representative to become the eyes and ears of our Customer Success team. You will dig deeper into customer data, connect the dots and turn information into actionable opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Research existing customer accounts, map key stakeholders and track organisational changes.
• Identify customer spend, product usage and whitespace opportunities.
• Provide CSMs with concise intelligence before meetings, QBRs, renewals and expansion conversations.
• Monitor customer businesses for signals such as funding rounds, acquisitions, hiring and leadership changes.
• Build and maintain customer intelligence cards that give a snapshot of each account.

Required profile

• Around 1 year of experience in research, data analysis, sales or business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to summarise findings clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial curiosity.
• Comfortable researching multiple sources and validating information.
• Proactive, highly observant and able to turn data into clear insights.

Required skills

• LinkedIn for professional research.
• HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
• Excel / Google Sheets for data handling.
