Customer Project Manager

About the role

Join Bombardier’s new Abu Dhabi Service Center, a state‑of‑the‑art MRO facility at Al Bateen Executive Airport. As a Customer Project Manager you will be the primary point of contact for customers, overseeing aircraft work packages from quotation through delivery and post‑service follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the daily liaison with customers, handling quotes, invoices, progress updates, approvals, warranty issues and upselling additional work.
• Manage multiple aircraft projects, identifying risks, controlling constraints, and ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Prepare and review price codes, work orders, labor charges and Pro Forma invoices; approve final customer invoices.
• Coordinate status meetings across departments, monitor shop‑floor efficiency and maintain daily project reports.
• Support special programs such as Smart Parts, ESP, MSP, Honeywell and warranty initiatives.
• Conduct post‑project activities including customer follow‑up calls and issue resolution.
• Achieve facility financial objectives and manage DPR issuance and payment terms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in an aircraft maintenance environment or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in customer project management or supervisory roles.
• Willingness to relocate to and reside in Abu Dhabi; UAE nationals strongly encouraged.
• Ability to work under Bombardier General Work Requirements and adhere to regulatory standards.
