Customer Service Adviser (UAE National)

About the role

We are looking for customer‑focused representatives to join our telephone‑based servicing team in Dubai. The role supports Bupa Global’s international health insurance customers worldwide, working 6‑hour shifts (30 hours per week) between 08:00‑17:00, including occasional weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers with enquiries about their health insurance policies via phone or written correspondence.
• Process membership changes, re‑issue and track member documents, and update contact details in the system.
• Collect payments manually from credit cards, handle billing inquiries, raise credit notes and invoices, and issue payment receipts.
• Interact with providers and brokers to resolve queries and coordinate medical treatment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate system records and provide support to internal departments to overcome cultural and language barriers.
• Investigate and resolve member complaints, ensuring a high level of service quality.

Required profile

• UAE National with a valid family book.
• University degree with certificate.
• Previous training in a medical environment and experience in health insurance within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE health insurance regulations.
• Demonstrated focus on excellent customer service in an insurance setting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Availability to work 6‑hour shifts between 08:00‑17:00, including occasional weekends and public holidays.
