Customer Service Advisor – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Customer Service Advisor – Arabic Speaker will join Concentrix’s blended support team in Dubai, handling customer interactions through calls, chats and emails. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service to Arabic‑speaking customers while meeting defined performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, chat, and email, adhering to call pick‑up, duration and quality standards.
• Resolve non‑routine product or service issues, providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.
• Identify and act on selling and cross‑selling opportunities during interactions.
• Maintain and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as average handling time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously update knowledge of products, services and procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic with strong written and spoken English.
• Graduate (any discipline) preferred; relevant experience in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent telephone etiquette, patience and attention to detail.
• Ability to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week across all shifts and start within 1‑2 weeks of offer.

Required skills

• Proficient computer navigation and PC knowledge.
