Customer Service Agent (English)

About the role

Wheely is looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join its Dubai office. You will be the voice of the brand, handling calls, live‑chat and email inquiries from passengers and chauffeurs, ensuring every journey runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service across phone, live‑chat and email channels.
• Protect customers’ time by meeting operational SLAs.
• Maintain luxury communication standards and achieve satisfaction targets.
• Investigate and resolve passenger and chauffeur issues promptly.
• Prioritise, analyse and escalate feedback to senior management and relevant teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Required profile

• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role within the luxury service industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume contact centre.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work shift patterns, including nights and weekends, on‑site.
• Technically proficient.
