About the role

Wheely’s Customer Service team ensures perfect journeys for passengers and chauffeurs by delivering premium, luxury‑level support across multiple channels. As a French‑speaking Customer Service Agent you will handle calls, live chats and emails, providing timely solutions while representing the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service via calls, live chat and email.
• Adhere to operational SLAs to protect customers' time.
• Maintain luxury communication standards and meet satisfaction targets.
• Investigate and resolve issues for customers and chauffeurs quickly.
• Prioritise and escalate feedback to senior management and relevant teams.
• Contribute to improving the overall customer experience and support company growth.

Required profile

• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role within the luxury service industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume contact centre.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and French.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, in the office.
• Nice to have: call‑centre experience and additional languages such as Arabic.
