Customer Service and Sales Executive

About the role

A friendly, confident Customer Service and Sales Executive is sought to act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, understanding their needs and turning opportunities into sales while building lasting relationships. A valid UAE visa is required.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email and in person professionally
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services
• Generate leads, follow up and close sales to meet monthly targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the CRM or ERP system
• Handle complaints calmly and resolve issues promptly
• Follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order and service delivery

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service; freshers with strong communication skills may apply
• Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi or other languages are an advantage
• Strong negotiation, listening and problem-solving skills
• Target-driven, with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
• Valid UAE visa
