About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to be the friendly face and first point of contact for our clients in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, be well‑presented, confident and professional when handling client interactions.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients and visitors with a positive, service‑oriented attitude.
Handle customer queries related to company services, applications, and documentation.
Guide clients through online portals and basic processes.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests smoothly.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and manage walk‑ins and queues.
Handle escalations professionally and follow up until closure.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of customer service or client‑facing experience with an administration background.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well‑groomed, confident, and customer‑focused personality.
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
Experience in business setup, free zone, aviation, hospitality or service industry is a plus.
