Customer Service Executive

About the role

Avery Dennison, a global materials science and digital identification solutions company, is hiring a CS Executive in Dubai. The role covers customer service, order management and account support, with activities depending on the functional area assigned.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts through order processing, follow-up, pricing integrity, on-time delivery and complete order fulfilment
• Provide telephone customer service and identify customer needs
• Promote and sell the company's products and services
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, negotiating billing disputes and authorising refunds within policy
• Track questions and answers and order status using a computer system
• Implement account service strategies and act as principal liaison with marketing and sales for assigned customers
• Support price quotes, technical and product recommendations and sample coordination
• Coordinate with Logistics and Operations on capacity planning and scheduling, and proactively share supply chain issues
• Partner with Inside Sales to help achieve sales goals and back up team members when needed

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent diploma required
• 2-3 years of customer service or related experience is a plus
• Good written, verbal and telephone communication skills
• Good data entry and organisational skills, detailed and able to follow up
• Able to manage many priorities and issues

Required skills

• Understanding of computer systems such as Microsoft Office and function-specific software
• Data entry and order tracking
