Customer Service Officer – Cinema & F&B

About the role

As a Customer Service Officer for VOX Cinemas, you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service while ensuring a welcoming and memorable cinema experience for guests. You will work at the box office and service counters, handling ticket sales, promotions, and inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with ticket purchases, seat selections and promotional offers.
• Process cash, card and digital transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Provide information on movie schedules, loyalty programmes and ongoing promotions.
• Upsell tickets, combo deals and retail items to maximise revenue.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organised and presentable box office, lobby and service areas.
• Monitor customer flow to minimise queues and delays.
• Coordinate with cinema operations and F&B teams for smooth service.
• Record transactions, refunds and generate required reports.
• Follow hygiene, health, safety and data‑security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in food & beverage or hospitality (cinema or restaurant preferred).
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Adherence to hygiene, grooming and uniform standards.
