Customer Service Officer (Emiratization)

About the role

EFG Holding is hiring a Customer Service Officer for its DFM branch. The officer assists clients with information and account matters, acts as the focal point between clients and the brokerage department, and supports the Emiratization initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Open new accounts for branch clients and make sure all related paperwork is complete.
• Meet client needs and requests promptly, and report complaints and feedback to the relevant parties.
• Promote the firm's services and answer client questions fully.
• Help clients update account data, amend forms and issue and deliver checks.
• Keep up to date with Corporate Actions rules and the market's rules, and follow the firm's policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with AML/CTF rules, complete the required AML/CTF training and respond to AML, CTF and sanctions inquiries on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma.
• 0 to 4 years of experience in a similar customer-centric role.
• Very good command of Arabic and English.
• Able to build partnerships, work well in teams, handle pressure and escalate complex issues; flexible with new tasks.

Required skills

• Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
