Customer Service Representative (Driving Institute)

About the role

Bin Yaber Driving Institute is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support its customer-facing operations at the head office and branches. The role covers meeting customers at the reception and registration counter, handling enquiries and complaints, and keeping accurate records. It is a permanent position with a salary of AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at the reception and explain the activities according to the licence type chosen.
• Explain ongoing discounts and promotions, and give information on training duration, schedules, charges and payment terms.
• Help students complete application forms and register, then verify and complete their documentation according to RTA requirements.
• Register students for beginner, intermediate, expert and E-Traffic courses and issue learning permits.
• Notify the Fleet and Transport team of pickup and drop-off needs, and check E-learning and theory class requirements.
• Handle complaints and feedback received through the complaint box, call centre, email or social media, log them, evaluate and follow up until closed.
• Submit daily reports, maintain QHSE procedures and carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years of experience; prior customer service experience and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous.
• No preference for gender or nationality.
