Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to promote and sell Etisalat plans to businesses, institutions, government entities, and Emirati customers. You will act as the first point of contact, delivering detailed information about plan features, benefits, and pricing while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Etisalat plans tailored to various customer segments.
• Provide detailed information on plan features, benefits, and pricing.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Document trends in customer calls and alert team leaders.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre, customer care, or front‑desk role.
• Graduate or diploma holder.
• Age below 30 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.

Required skills

• Computer proficiency.
