Customer Service Representative

About the role
The Customer Service Representative will support showroom operations by handling business calls, invoicing, quotations and providing assistance to ensure smooth business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails related to sales queries, acting as the first point of contact.
- Prepare and obtain approval for sales quotations with correct pricing, discounts and product numbers.
- Enter orders into the system and ensure they are processed according to agreed delivery requirements.
- Communicate delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties and any anticipated delays to customers.
- Maintain filing systems, prepare sales reports and provide information to the finance department.
- Collaborate with other departments to handle sales, marketing, queries and deliveries efficiently.
Required profile
- Minimum Higher Secondary education; Diploma preferred, Bachelor degree advantageous.
- At least 3 years of experience in an FMCG sales environment.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written); Arabic and Hindi are a plus.
