Customer Service Representative

About the role

WioWio Bank is a digital banking platform for personal and business banking in the MENA region. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Wio, helping customers navigate their financial journeys, solving problems with empathy and precision and delivering great experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via chat, phone and email to resolve inquiries and give guidance.
• Act as a Wio expert by understanding the products, features and ecosystem to offer tailored support.
• Champion customer experience by spotting ways to simplify and improve services.
• Work with other teams so that customer feedback drives continuous improvement.
• Meet and exceed performance goals on response times, quality and satisfaction.
• Keep up with new features, policies and fintech trends.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in fintech, banking or digital platforms.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex things simply.
• Problem-solving mindset and calmness under pressure.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems and omnichannel communication platforms.
