Customer Service Representative (Pashto-speaking)

About the role

Bin Yaber Driving Institute is looking for a Pashto-speaking Customer Service Representative to support its customer-facing operations. The role covers answering customer enquiries, processing orders and keeping accurate customer records, and suits people who enjoy a dynamic environment and want to deliver excellent service. The position is permanent, pays AED 2,500 to 2,750 per month and requires 2-3 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at the reception and registration counter, explain licence options, discounts and promotions, and tell students about training duration, schedules, charges and payment terms.
• Help customers complete application forms and register for licences, then verify and complete documentation according to RTA requirements and guide them to fix document issues.
• Register students for beginner, intermediate, expert and E-Traffic courses, maintain student files, issue learning permits and inform the fleet and transport team of pickup and drop arrangements.
• Check mandatory E-learning and theory class requirements, verify transfer checklists and reopening forms, and enter amendments into student files.
• Issue licences professionally, log and evaluate complaints received through the complaint box, call centre, email or social media, and follow up with the student until closed.
• Handle front desk, registration, booking and scheduling work, submit daily reports and follow QHSE procedures.

Required profile

• Pashto-speaking; nationality not specified.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years of experience; prior customer service experience and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous.
