About the role

Pulse Media Concepts is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to join its MENA‑based team. You will be the first point of contact for clients and customers, handling inquiries related to digital marketing campaigns in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client and customer inquiries via email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional information about services, campaigns, and accounts.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to internal teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, project management, and technical teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Document interactions and follow‑up to ensure issue resolution.
• Maintain high‑quality service standards and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a client‑facing role.
• Strong written communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
