Customer Success Engineer – Splunk Solutions

About the role

As a Customer Success Engineer based in Dubai, you will act as a trusted advisor to help customers extract maximum value from their Splunk investments. You will guide seamless onboarding, provide proactive recommendations, and manage critical escalations to drive long‑term retention and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive onboarding experiences to ensure successful adoption of Splunk solutions.
• Provide proactive environment‑health recommendations to optimise deployments and system performance.
• Manage and resolve critical customer escalations efficiently.
• Facilitate internal advocacy by collaborating with cross‑functional Splunk and Cisco teams.
• Contribute strategic insights during Quarterly Business Reviews with key stakeholders.
• Partner with Account Teams to align success strategies with regional expansion plans.
• Collaborate with Product Management to relay actionable customer feedback.
• Engage with Customer Experience teams and executive leadership for a unified regional approach.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Systems Engineering.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise customers in the Gulf, Levant, Egypt, and North Africa markets.
• Experience managing and resolving technical escalations in an enterprise software environment.
• Applied project‑management experience for technical deployments or initiatives.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).

Required skills

• Active Splunk Architect certification.
• Hands‑on experience with IT operations.
• Security and infrastructure management expertise.
