Customer Success Manager MEA

About the role

Coursera is looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Abu Dhabi to serve as a trusted advisor to its customers, guiding them toward their desired outcomes. The role works in a cross-functional way with Sales, Marketing, Content strategy, Product and Learner Operations, and is open to candidates who have been in their current role for more than 6 months and are in good standing.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with assigned customer accounts through a mix of remote and on-site engagement
• Drive client retention results, customer health metrics and verified outcomes
• Drive adoption and key metrics, manage partner relationships, run business reviews and share best practices so customers see value and grow their investment
• Act as the first point of escalation for customer issues, troubleshoot and ensure quick resolution
• Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform team decisions and the product roadmap
• Travel 15-25%

Required profile

• 3+ years of account management, sales or customer success experience
• Experience driving client retention results, customer health metrics and value, and increasing utilization metrics within accounts
• Preferred: experience in education technology

Required skills

• Preferred: data-heavy tools such as Excel/Sheets and Looker
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into action
• Ability to articulate the value of education to influence business decision-makers
