Customer Support Representative

About the role

Dhabi Enterprises Establishment is looking for a Customer Support Representative in Abu Dhabi to act as the main point of contact for customers, handling product inquiries, order processing and service coordination for marine chemicals and oil field supplies. The role reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email on product specifications, pricing, availability and delivery schedules
• Process orders accurately and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch
• Provide basic technical information on marine chemicals, oil field products and their applications
• Prepare and send quotations, invoices, delivery notes and shipping documents
• Track order status and give customers regular updates
• Maintain accurate customer records and update contact details in the company database
• Help resolve routine order discrepancies or delivery concerns
• Coordinate with production, quality control and logistics to meet customer requests
• Support the accounts receivable team with follow-up on outstanding payments
• Document customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the supervisor

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support, order processing or administration, preferably in manufacturing, chemical or industrial products
• Strong written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage
• Organized, accurate, able to handle several tasks and work with a professional, customer-focused attitude

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Basic understanding of chemical or industrial products is helpful but not required
