CX Solution Sales Expert

About the role

The Solution Sales Executive (SSE) drives revenue and customer success for SAP Customer Experience (CX) cloud solutions in Dubai. The role combines deep SAP expertise, business acumen, and AI‑focused innovation to position SAP as a market leader.

Key responsibilities

• Own CX line‑of‑business accounts, develop strategic plans and drive the end‑to‑end customer value journey.
• Identify new business opportunities, manage pipeline, and meet revenue targets.
• Lead AI and innovation initiatives, including scalable PoCs and partner co‑investments.
• Collaborate with solution advisors, demo teams and value advisors to create compelling ROI narratives and executive‑level pitches.
• Negotiate complex pricing and contracts while ensuring profitability and cloud revenue growth.
• Support customer success teams, secure references, manage escalations and drive adoption.
• Build C‑suite relationships, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and act as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain strategic partnerships with consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC and EY.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
• 10‑15 years of industry or consulting experience with proven C‑suite influence.
• Extensive B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience in the CX domain.
• Strong account management, solution‑sales and expansion‑selling track record.
• Deep SAP and AI knowledge with ability to articulate quantified ROI.
