Cyber Security Analyst – SOC L1 (UAE National, Fresh Graduate)

About the role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join our Security Operations Center as a Level‑1 Cyber Security Analyst. The role focuses on monitoring, triaging and investigating security alerts across our environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and triage security alerts using SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, IBM QRadar and Splunk.
• Perform initial investigation and validation of security events.
• Analyze logs from Windows, Linux, firewalls, VPN, Active Directory, cloud services and endpoint security solutions.
• Create and update incident tickets, document findings and escalate confirmed incidents to L2/L3 teams.
• Follow SOC playbooks, incident‑response procedures and SLA requirements.
• Support 24 × 7 SOC operations in rotational shifts.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in cyber security or SOC operations (fresh graduates welcome).
• UAE national seeking to start a career in cybersecurity.

Required skills

• Experience with SIEM tools: Microsoft Sentinel, IBM QRadar, Splunk.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux log analysis.
• Familiarity with firewalls, VPN, Active Directory, cloud and endpoint security solutions.
