Cybersecurity Monitoring Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Monitoring Manager to lead our cybersecurity monitoring and Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities. The role will shape strategy, drive Zero Trust adoption, and protect critical digital assets across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Cybersecurity Monitoring and IAM roadmap.
• Lead IAM functions including RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, federation services and Privileged Access Management.
• Govern the identity lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver) and integrate IAM with HR and enterprise platforms.
• Design and enforce Zero Trust controls and conditional access policies.
• Oversee privileged access approval workflows, audit trails and analytics‑driven risk remediation.
• Manage cybersecurity vendors, platforms, licensing and service levels.
• Produce KPIs, governance reports and risk dashboards to ensure compliance with regulations and audit standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen enterprise security and mentor a high‑performing security team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM or security operations.
• Proven track record implementing enterprise IAM platforms and Zero Trust architectures.
• Leadership experience managing security teams and large‑scale initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP or vendor‑specific credentials (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, ITIL) are highly desirable.
