Data Analyst

About the role

Decision Management Consultants is recruiting a Data Analyst for one of its clients, a globally recognized e-commerce organization. The role covers data entry, maintenance, reporting and analysis, as well as end-to-end tracking of participant enrollment in leadership development programs.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately input, maintain and update data across systems such as QuickSight dashboards, SharePoint and Excel trackers
• Own and maintain compliance data reporting, including Page 0 regional data and GOLD Mine dashboard metrics
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies between systems
• Analyze datasets to find trends, patterns and actionable insights for stakeholders
• Prepare reports, dashboards and visualizations, and define and monitor KPIs aligned with team objectives
• Support evidence-based decision-making through timely and accurate reporting
• Manage end-to-end participant enrollment and tracking for leadership development programs (SLII, LEW, AD1, Accelerate) using systems such as iCIMS
• Use and manage data tools such as Excel, SharePoint, QuickSight and iCIMS, and support the development and optimization of data workflows and operational processes

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Data Science, Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field
• Proven experience in data entry, data management and reporting
• Experience managing program enrollments, scheduling or event coordination
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, attention to detail, organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Desirable: QuickSight, Power BI or Tableau; knowledge of HRIS or LMS such as iCIMS or Cornerstone
• Desirable: process automation or workflow optimization with VBA, Python or SQL; SharePoint and cloud collaboration tools
