Data Entry/Accounts Clerk

About the role

Zainab Hardware Trading Establishment is looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry/Accounts Clerk to support its accounting and administrative operations. The role is ideal for candidates who want to develop a career in accounting and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Enter financial data accurately and record transactions in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update accounting records using Tally ERP.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, statements and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the accounting department.

Required profile

• High school diploma (required); diploma in accounting or finance preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, bookkeeping or accounts.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Tally ERP.
• Strong data‑entry skills.
• Microsoft Excel and MS Office competence.

• Monthly salary of AED 1,600–1,800.
