Dealer Relationship Executive (Auction)

About the role

Bayut & dubizzle are seeking an enthusiastic Dealer Relationship Executive to manage and market assigned dealer relationships within the auction platform. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service, building strong dealer partnerships, and driving commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, ensuring they are active on the platform and engaged in auction activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, margins, and volume objectives while maintaining a log of dealer visits and feedback.
• Design dealer segregation, ensure bidding activity exceeds 95%, and negotiate contracts to maximise margins.
• Update systems promptly and meet dealers weekly to strengthen relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience in used or new vehicle sales, purchases, and management.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and in‑depth knowledge of the GCC used‑car market.
• Analytical, data‑driven outlook with strong segmentation and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Expertise in a wide range of makes, models, and specifications for GCC vehicles.
• Strong marketing and sales abilities with a professional presentation style.
