Debt Capital Markets Lawyer – 3-5 PQE – Dubai

About the role

Join a leading international law firm’s Middle East Debt Capital Markets practice in Dubai. You will work on sophisticated debt capital markets transactions across the region and internationally, collaborating with experienced practitioners.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on debt capital markets transactions within an international practice.
• Support the execution and structuring of DCM matters, working closely with colleagues and clients across relevant jurisdictions.
• Draft and review transaction documentation, providing clear, commercially focused legal advice.
• Collaborate with partners, colleagues and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality work on complex transactions.
• Contribute to the continued development of the practice in the Middle East.

Required profile

• 3–5 years post‑qualification experience in debt capital markets.
• Experience gained within a leading international law firm or a top‑tier international DCM team.
• Strong academic background, preferably from a top‑tier university.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an international team and manage demanding workloads in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in the UAE or wider Middle East market is advantageous but not essential.
