Debt Collection Officer – Entry Level

About the role

Neil Debt Collection LLC is looking for motivated individuals to join its international debt recovery team. The position is open to fresh graduates or candidates without prior collections experience, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email and other channels to follow up on overdue accounts.
• Negotiate payment plans, settlements and repayment terms while adhering to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, payments and agreements in the system.
• Prepare regular reports on collection activities and strive to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle high‑volume calls.
• Professionalism and empathy when dealing with clients.

Required skills

• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
