Debt Collector – Full‑time in Dubai

About the role

Altamayez is seeking a motivated and professional Debt Collector to join its growing team in Dubai. This role requires strong communication, negotiation abilities, and a target‑driven approach to managing customer accounts and collections.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on collection commitments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and collection activities.
• Achieve assigned collection targets and performance objectives.
• Handle customer queries and resolve payment‑related concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding account status and recovery processes.
• Ensure all collection activities are conducted professionally and according to company procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree attested by UAE MOFA (mandatory).
• Previous experience in debt collection, banking, or financial services (advantage).
• Strong knowledge of debt collection procedures and negotiation/payment recovery techniques.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; target‑oriented, confident, professional approach.
• Ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
