About the role
Clear Recruitment, a global data‑center talent consultancy, is looking for a Delivery Consultant to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment for senior consultants and directors, supporting clients across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate CVs and candidate profiles for senior consultants and director‑level positions.
- Source candidates through job boards, internal databases and LinkedIn.
- Create and market job advertisements across various platforms.
- Work with global clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable talent.
- Manage a hot permanent recruitment desk, specializing in a niche vertical within the data‑center market.
Required profile
- Ambitious, self‑motivated individual with commercial acumen and a growth mindset.
- 2 + years of recruitment experience, preferably in a specialist or niche market.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a high‑performing culture.
