Demand & Supply Planner

About the role

AirQo is seeking an experienced Demand & Supply Planner to balance customer demand, production capacity, inventory, and supplier capabilities, ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, requester inputs, and known projects.
• Prepare material and supply plans based on production schedules, BOM, inventory levels, and supplier lead times.
• Coordinate with production to align capacity with demand and re‑plan as needed.
• Support procurement with material requirements, supplier coordination, and performance data.
• Monitor inventory levels, aging, excess, and work‑capital improvement initiatives.
• Maintain planning parameters in ERP/MRP systems and report on KPIs such as forecast accuracy and stockout rate.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in demand, supply, production or material planning within manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
