About the role

Join the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah team as a Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry and help create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will work in a dynamic kitchen environment, supporting senior chefs while ensuring every pastry dish meets the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pastries and desserts according to standard recipes, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support in the absence of senior chefs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, preventing cross‑contamination.
• Monitor ingredient quality, storage conditions, and stock rotation to ensure food safety.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations to protect guests and team members.
• Assist guests with inquiries promptly, contributing to a positive dining experience.
