About the role

The Demi Chef de Partie (Pastry) supports the pastry kitchen at Autograph Collection in Dubai, preparing a range of sweet and cold dishes while ensuring high standards of quality, presentation and safety.

Key responsibilities

Prepare special meals, cold foods and substitute items according to recipes and presentation standards.
Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills and roasters and manage thawing of frozen items.
Maintain food logs, monitor portion sizes, garnish presentation and overall food quality.
Communicate with the Chef and service staff about specials, excess items and out‑of‑stock menu items.
Assist in hiring, training and coaching kitchen staff and uphold safety and uniform standards.

Required profile

Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
At least 3 years of pastry or related kitchen experience.
No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

Oven and equipment temperature control.
Pastry and cold‑food preparation.
Food‑log maintenance and quality monitoring.
