Demo & Delivery Specialist (UAE National)

About the role

A permanent Demo & Delivery position in Dubai for UAE Nationals. As the main liaison for UAE National customers, you will ensure smooth vehicle demonstration drives and deliveries, coordinate handovers, give technical customer support, manage inventory readiness and work with internal teams to keep quality and customer satisfaction high.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and run vehicle demonstration drives for prospective customers
• Manage the full handover process, including feature walkthroughs and operational briefings
• Act as the main contact for customer questions before, during and after delivery
• Prepare and keep accurate sales administration records and delivery reports
• Work with sales, service, logistics and parts teams to make sure vehicles are ready on time
• Monitor inventory levels and arrange vehicle movement
• Check vehicles against company and safety standards
• Resolve customer issues quickly and follow up after delivery to gather feedback
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks related to sales, demos and delivery

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales, demo and delivery coordination or a related customer service role
• Fluent English and Arabic
• Preferred: bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field, certification in automotive technology or customer service, DMS experience, knowledge of the UAE automotive market and regulations, and more than 2 years of hands-on demo and delivery experience
