About the role
Palantir is seeking a Deployment Strategist to help customers turn data insights into real‑world actions. You will work closely with analysts, engineers and product designers to embed data‑driven solutions across complex workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Engage onsite with customer analysts to uncover critical questions and pain points.
- Identify and integrate relevant datasets into stable pipelines together with Forward Deployed Engineers.
- Design bespoke workflows for new user groups and lead training sessions to drive adoption.
- Present findings and future proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C‑suite executives.
Required profile
- Exceptional ability to tackle open‑ended problems in unstructured environments.
- Adaptable, introspective and comfortable learning, teaching, leading or following as needed.
- Willingness to travel 25 %–75 % of the time, varying by location and team.
- Strong user empathy and analytical mindset to translate data into impact.
Required skills
- Python programming.
- R statistical analysis.
- MATLAB scripting.
- SQL data querying.
