Deputy Finance Director – Russian Language

About the role

AMPM is looking for a Deputy Finance Director who can combine strong financial expertise with fluency in Russian. You will support the Finance Department in delivering accurate reporting, driving efficiency, and ensuring compliance across our international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities within the Finance Department.
• Streamline accounting and reporting methodologies.
• Enhance business‑process efficiency in collaboration with other functions.
• Draft and maintain regulatory frameworks for critical processes.
• Ensure effective control mechanisms and compliance.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).
• Develop consolidated forecasts and budgets.
• Analyse ROI, ROE and EVA and present findings.
• Support automation initiatives and participate in accounting‑related projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a comparable finance role.
• Experience with international companies and banking accounts.
• Proficiency in English and Russian.
• Strong project‑management capabilities.
