Design Draftsman – Facade

About the role

Meraki Group is seeking a motivated Design Draftsman specialized in façade systems to join its creative team in Dubai. You will translate complex architectural concepts into precise construction drawings, ensuring designs are feasible, compliant, and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications for façade systems using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop innovative, functional façade solutions.
• Review architectural and engineering plans to verify compliance with design intent.
• Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and design adjustments.
• Maintain an organized library of drawings and documentation for future reference.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in façade design.

Required profile

• Certificate or diploma in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in drafting, preferably for façade projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and façade systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective teamwork and clear communication of design ideas.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with other CAD design software.
