Design & Technical Services Coordinator – MEA

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Services Coordinator for the Middle East and Africa region to join Aman’s Dubai office. Reporting to the Director of Design & Technical Services, you will help manage the quality of development and design processes, ensuring that Aman’s ultra‑luxury standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Attend project coordination workshops, ensure adherence to brand standards and support design and engineering consultants through to working drawings.
• Review design consultant drawings and specifications, develop and track project schedules, and follow up on post‑site‑visit action items.
• Communicate project status accurately, update the Director regularly and provide projections for design aspects and program delivery.
• Collaborate with corporate and external project teams to manage information flows, archive digital communications and documents, and produce meeting minutes, presentations and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design or architecture.
• Minimum two years of professional experience as an architectural or interior designer, design coordinator or a related role.
• Familiarity with luxury hotel and resort project delivery, preferably with a technical services background in hotel operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and cultural sensitivity.
• Strong organisational abilities to multitask and prioritise daily workload efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu (desirable).
