About the role
Creating or visualizing ideas and producing designs using CAD for babywear collections. The role involves staying current with fashion, fabric, colour and shape trends.
Key responsibilities
- Creating or visualizing an idea and producing a design using computer‑aided design (CAD).
- Planning and developing ranges.
- Working with buyers and forecasters to develop products that meet a brief.
- Liaising closely with buying and planning teams to ensure the item suits the customer, market and price points.
- Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends and general trends relating to fabrics, colours and shapes.
- Understanding design from a technical perspective.
Required profile
- Proactive approach.
- Readiness to multitask.
Required skills
- Computer‑aided design (CAD).
- Adobe Illustrator.
- Adobe Photoshop.
