Digital Designer - Luxury

About the role

Retail G&A is looking for a Digital Designer to work on a variety of online and offline projects that meet the evolving needs of the business, meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities. The designer interprets and implements innovative creative across the portfolio's digital channels, supports the Lead Digital Creative, Editorial & Styling Manager, social media and other areas of the business, and works closely with them on briefs.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging digital creative for CRM, digital marketing, social and onsite channels, including website content pages, assets, seasonal trade pages and brand hubs that follow brand style guidelines.
• Produce user-focused HTML-based solutions and ensure all creative meets style guidelines and brand objectives.
• Design digital and brand assets for the website and social media, and prepare presentations and mock-ups for approval.
• Ensure image quality is high, optimize images for all devices, retouch images as needed and minor-retouch assets for digital channels.
• Use image generation tools, workflows and video editing (AI platforms), and keep up with software changes.
• Support the Lead Digital Creative and carry out other duties as reasonably requested.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3-6 years' experience preferred within the industry.
• Degree or equivalent education, strong portfolio showing design and typography skills, and proven experience with fashion or beauty brands (luxury preferred).
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, proactive and able to multi-task with good organization and follow-through.
• Experience designing in Arabic is beneficial but not required if there is a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD); After Effects is desirable.
• Understanding of HTML and online/mobile user experience is beneficial.
• Ability to design for offline/print as well as digital channels.
