Digital Growth & Transformation Manager

About the role

Ohana Development is seeking a Digital Growth & Transformation Manager to lead the evolution of its marketing ecosystem across corporate and project portfolios. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution to drive performance marketing, CRM automation and measurable revenue impact for a luxury real‑estate brand operating in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and oversee transformation initiatives within the marketing team.
• Manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and programmatic platforms, meeting CPL, CPA and ROI targets.
• Oversee website performance, UX/UI enhancements and landing‑page optimisation, including A/B testing and accurate tracking via GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
• Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, build customer journeys, nurture flows, segmentation and improve lead scoring and CRM integration.
• Develop and implement SEO and SEM tactics to boost rankings, traffic and online visibility, while managing organic and paid social media strategies.
• Create performance dashboards, track KPIs such as CPL, lead‑to‑sale ratio, campaign ROI and present monthly insights to senior management.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within a UAE real‑estate developer.
• Proven expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and managing media budgets of AED 500K+.
• Strategic thinker who is also comfortable executing hands‑on tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead external agencies and understand luxury brand positioning.
