Digital Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Join the digital marketing team of a leading luxury hotel group and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across award‑winning lifestyle destinations. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator you will support website management, reporting and the upkeep of business listings while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate website change requests with internal stakeholders and external development agencies.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc digital marketing reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Conduct regular website audits and quality‑assurance checks to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Manage and maintain business listings on Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, Bandsintown and other third‑party platforms.
• Ensure business information, operating hours, event details and digital assets are up‑to‑date across all platforms.
• Track project progress, maintain Asana tasks and follow up with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Monitor digital performance metrics and support ongoing optimisation efforts.
