Senior Account Executive - Social Media

About the role

Chain Reaction, an award‑winning digital marketing agency in the GCC and Levant, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of client social media programmes. You will work closely with Account Managers and act as the daily liaison between the agency and assigned clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in delivering social media strategies for multiple clients.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for clients on social media updates, deliverables and coordination.
• Develop, schedule and publish content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.
• Coordinate with creative, design and media teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
• Provide live social media coverage for client events, capturing, editing and posting real‑time updates.
• Monitor channel performance, trends and competitor activity to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with analysis and optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of social media execution experience, preferably in an agency.
• Minimum 1 year managing social media for governmental or public‑sector clients.
• Excellent written Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and deadline management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for on‑the‑spot content creation and editing.
