Digital Marketing Executive – Hospitality & Luxury Yacht Rentals

About the role

Intraco Group is seeking a creative, results‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on promoting luxury hospitality and yacht charter services, generating qualified leads, and strengthening the brand’s presence in a highly competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with sales and business objectives.
• Manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms, including budgeting, targeting and performance analysis.
• Create engaging social‑media content, coordinate photography, videography and promotional reels.
• Improve website traffic and organic visibility through SEO, local SEO and content marketing.
• Design and run email, CRM and remarketing campaigns to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer behaviour, and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in Dubai’s hospitality, tourism, luxury yacht rental or related luxury lifestyle sectors.
• Proven ability to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and analyse results.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s luxury customer market and lead‑generation focus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; Arabic is a plus.
