Digital Marketing Executive – Real Estate

About the role

SRJ REAL ESTATE L.L.C is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to lead online promotion of its property listings and investment services. Based on‑site in Dubai, you will shape and execute integrated digital campaigns that attract qualified buyers and investors while reinforcing the brand’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Manage and grow social media profiles, create engaging content and oversee community interaction.
• Design and run lead‑generation funnels, nurture prospects and coordinate with sales teams.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, produce regular reports and recommend ROI‑focused improvements.
• Collaborate closely with advisory and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in digital and social media marketing.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads through funnel building and campaign optimisation.
• Strong written and verbal English skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to quickly learn the Dubai real‑estate market and work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
