Digital Marketing Executive – Retail & eCommerce

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Executive you will drive the online presence and eCommerce performance of Al Futtaim Watches & Jewelry. You will work closely with the marketing and retail teams to optimise the website, manage product data and launch new digital services that boost sales and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Drive eCommerce net sales value, manage gross margin budget and consistently achieve NSV targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on digital budget allocation, analyse performance data and implement tactics for brand awareness, audience targeting, acquisition and conversions.
• Optimise website functionality, enrich product information, increase image usage and improve the checkout journey.
• Monitor daily product pricing and inventory accuracy to ensure data integrity across channels.
• Produce regular sales and performance reports and support the launch of new digital platforms and services.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or related fields.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving online conversion rates.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
