Digital Marketing Growth Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist – Growth Specialist will lead data‑driven growth initiatives across digital platforms in the GCC market. You will be responsible for optimizing acquisition, engagement and conversion through performance marketing, paid media and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead growth marketing initiatives to drive traffic, lead generation, conversions and revenue impact.
• Develop, execute and optimise campaigns across search, social, display and email channels.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for Google Ads and paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
• Plan, manage and optimise email marketing and advanced automation workflows.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights and run A/B tests to continuously improve results.
• Collaborate with content, creative and technology teams to align messaging and user experience with growth goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on growth, performance marketing and paid media.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Google Ads, paid social platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM and email platforms.
• Growth‑marketing mindset with ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
