Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Miral Destinations is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of Yas Island Theme Park and Attractions. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will drive digital initiatives across web, mobile, SEO, CRM, content, data and analytics to enhance the visitor experience and boost e‑commerce performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and contribute to the digital and e‑commerce strategy for the Yas Island Theme Park vertical.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver digital projects on time and with high quality.
• Extract, analyse and report on website and channel data, providing actionable insights.
• Execute website content updates, conversion optimisation and UX/UI improvements.
• Benchmark competitor digital channels and highlight key findings to management.
• Maintain existing reporting tools, build new ones as needed, and suggest enhancements.
• Identify technology gaps, assess needs and report on emerging trends.
• Participate in UX/UI design, internal testing and end‑user testing of digital releases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing for tourism, entertainment or e‑commerce environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent project coordination skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of user experience principles and mobile app ecosystems.
