Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Conrad Dubai is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead innovative digital strategies that strengthen its luxury brand, boost online engagement and drive direct bookings. The role covers performance marketing, website and social media management, OTA optimisation and reporting, working closely with the hotel's commercial, revenue management and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and run digital marketing strategies aligned with the hotel's commercial objectives, brand positioning and revenue targets.
• Plan and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms, and manage OTA listings with the Revenue Management and Commercial teams.
• Run campaigns for rooms, restaurants, brunches, spa, wellness, events, e-gift cards and e-shop, and generate leads for MICE, corporate events, weddings and group bookings.
• Manage the hotel website, WhatsApp marketing, CRM and email campaigns, and coordinate social media content with the marketing and creative teams.
• Monitor digital reputation, guest feedback and brand consistency, and use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and advertising dashboards to track conversions, ROAS, ROI, CPA and CPL.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports and collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Revenue Management, Sales, F&B, Spa and Operations.
• Ensure Hilton brand standards and data privacy compliance across digital campaigns and guest databases.
