Digital Marketing Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the online presence of Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will work closely with commercial, revenue, F&B, spa and rooms teams to drive digital initiatives that support the hotel’s luxury brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute e‑commerce and digital marketing strategies to boost online sales and bookings.
• Manage the hotel’s website, ensuring compliance with corporate identity guidelines.
• Oversee all social media platforms, creating organic content and managing paid campaigns.
• Plan, launch and optimise 360° digital campaigns across brand‑building and tactical offers.
• Identify and pursue new online marketing opportunities to increase revenue streams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align digital activities with overall commercial goals.
• Monitor web traffic, analytics and key performance indicators, reporting results to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing within the hospitality or luxury sector.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce, social media, and online advertising.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and external agencies.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs and revenue targets.
